Josefina Silver and Base Metals Project - Peru

The Property comprises 5600 hectares and includes the past producing Josefina Silver and Base Metals mine. The Property is located approximately 90 kilometers east of Lima, Peru and 35 kilometers south-west of Peru Copper's Toromocho property and Pan American Silver's Morococha Mine.

Historically the property is under explored and a systematic modern exploration program has never been carried out within the current property boundary. The Company will commence an exploration program on the property, in the near future.

The above is subject to regulatory approval, UCM has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% right, title and interest in and to the Property through its wholly owned Peruvian subsidiary, Upper Canyon Minerals Peru SAC.
